About me
Get to know me and why I do what I do.
The reason I do what I do is because I've been where you are.
I'm not going to take your through my whole journey, but just know that all those feelings you're feeling - I've felt them too.
From having anorexia as a teenager, to a 10 year long binge eating journey, to orthorexia and being obsessed with tracking/training, to now have found true body and food freedom.
This is my life's calling.
Educating and healing women to overcome their traumas and the mindset blocks that are holding them back in life.
The fact that I've overcome it and that I've helped 1000's of women all over the world overcome their struggles, means that you can do it too.
A little about me:
I was born in Sweden in 1992, but left my home country as a 19 year old to explore the world.
My relationship to food and my body was really bad at this time, and I spent most of my time binge eating, restricting or trying to hide or change my body.
When I was 21, I moved to Australia and spent the next 8 years there.
This is also where I trained to first become a Sports Nutritionist and coached women online to lose weight in a healthy way, using Flexible Dieting, for 4 years, before transitioning to mindset coaching.
I am trained in holistic health coaching, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and I specialise in changing womens behavior, mindset and habits to help empower them to take their power back.
I am also an educator and podcast host for National Women's Fitness Academy.
After spending 4 years coaching women on weight loss, I realised it was never about the food or the weight - it was about what was going on on the inside.
As I transitioned to a more intuitive way of eating, and stopped wanting to change my body, my clientele changed as well.
I'm proud to say that now I only work with women who want to change their mindset (and most of the time, their bodies change too as a side effect of changing what's going on on the inside and breaking free from generational traume, limiting belifes and self sabotage) and become the most empowered version of themselves.
